Representatives of the EU Integration Committee of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine (SMPU) participated in the Annual Dairy Policy Conference in Brussels, organised by the European Dairy Association (EDA). The event brought together more than 150 executives of dairy companies and industry experts from Europe and other countries.

In his presentation, Maks Fastеyev, Advisor to the SMPU EU Integration Committee, spoke about the current state of Ukraine’s dairy sector and the challenges it faces amid the ongoing war. He also outlined the prospects for Ukraine’s dairy industry as a strong, competitive player in the EU dairy market.

Andrii Tabalov, Head of the EU Integration Committee, invited EDA Secretary General Alexander Anton to visit Kyiv on May 9, Europe Day, for the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the European Dairy Association and the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine.
